Remote Control

OneIT is making it easier to get remote support on most university computers! In early June, a new icon will appear on the desktop of university computers that says “OneIT Support”. Mac users will see the same icon in Self Service and Applications. When you work with the Service Desk, clicking on this icon will make it easier to establish a remote control session.
