Beware of Fake Crowdfunding Emails and Websites

It grieves me to say this, but the bad guys never stop. We are already seeing phishing emails targeting our campus community and linking to fake crowdfunding sites. These sites claim to be raising funds for victims of this tragic event.

The only official University crowdfunding site is https://crowdfund.uncc.edu/ninernationunites. This site was set up by the University to support those affected by the shooting and to help NinerNation heal.
