Zoom Phone: April 2024
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all faculty and staff for their pivotal role in the seamless transition to Zoom Phone. Please note that this migration has led to some updates in our procedures. To ensure a smooth continuation of our operations, we’ve outlined a few important reminders below:
- You no longer need to dial 9 or 1 when making a call or sending a fax.
- Phone numbers will now be automatically deprovisioned when an employee leaves their position.
- Please contact the Office of OneIT if you need to request a new phone number.

- If you previously requested a physical desk phone and now you find you no longer need it, please return it to one of these locations.
