In one sentence – what does your job entail?

My job entails overseeing the day to day operations of all aspects of the Service Desk and building relationships.

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?

Never be afraid to pursue new opportunities and never be afraid to ask questions; the more questions you ask the more you know!

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

I have always had a passion to help, motivate, and mentor; this position allows me to do just that.

What is something that might surprise us about you?

If I could go barefoot everyday, I would!

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

My happy, cheerful baby boy!

What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?

I have adopted a new favorite activity of gardening (flowers, organic foods).

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

Sitting on the patio, listening to music and enjoying nature.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I’ve always wanted to learn to play other instruments such as piano, or bass guitar.
